I most humbly and respectfully approach your honour with a request that I had admitted in Bai Jerabai Wadia Hospital for Children, Parel, Mumbai, under the treatment of Dr. Prashant Hiwarkar, emergency Inherited Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome (Type of Blood Disorder in which three is failure of blood production in Bone Marrow), Child needs to undergo Stem Cell Transplantation and the Doctors have prescribed treatment Chemotherapy + Blood products etc. advise me for expenses of Rs. 21,00,000/- (Twenty One Lakhs) as I am age of 3 year and very poor and nobody is to help us and my father cannot afford the expenses of hospital, as he is working as a labour on small skill basis and our entire family depend upon him.
